If you're questioning your career path, caring for aging parents, adjusting to an empty nest or dealing with health issues, midlife can feel like a crossroads. Therapy offers space to explore your values, identify priorities and learn strategies to cope with stress and uncertainty.
At Stillbrook Counseling, we work collaboratively to help you navigate midlife transitions with greater ease. We use approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to address unhelpful thought patterns and reconnect you with your strengths. I am currently training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to further support client processing traumatic experiences and emotional distress. Our goal is to help you develop resilience and clarity so that you can move into the next chapter with purpose.
